Privacy Notice
Last updated: April 17, 2026
This notice explains what information Edict Labs collects when you join the Nimbus waitlist and what we do with it. We keep this short on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we receive:
- The email address you enter.
- The note you optionally provide describing what you're looking for.
- Your browser user agent string, captured automatically to help us debug submissions and detect abuse.
- The approximate time of your submission.
We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To contact you when Nimbus opens to early users.
- To understand the kinds of problems people want us to solve.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the waitlist form.
We will not sell your information, and we will not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a private Google Workspace account operated by Edict Labs. The site itself is hosted on Netlify. Both providers may process your data (including IP address at the network layer) in line with their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until Nimbus is generally available, after which we delete entries that did not convert into accounts. You can ask us to delete your entry sooner at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
